Our Decorator

Rosalie “Rose” Heckman worked as a sales manager for another window company when she recognized a need for a greater variety of blinds and shades. Many of her clients were new homeowners and needed products that were affordable but also of quality and style. Her clients came to rely on her for interior decorating needs such as bedding, throw pillows, cushions, etc.

Rose decided to start her own business in 2003, and so Bellagio Window Fashions was born. Rose worked to offer window blinds, window shades, window draperies, sheers and cornices that were of quality and could fit any budget. Rose also worked to make sure her clients were comfortable with their design plans before purchasing by investing in a computer program that allowed them to “try on” the window designs.

Now Rose works with a team of decorators and industry-trained installers to ensure each project meets the highest standards for the industry and satisfaction of their clients.
